What is the present query ?

Is there any link, why should not open another thread on this query for clarity,

How any member can say whether a check give by builder will be honored or bounced in future.?

What for Sec.138 remedy was available in such bouncing of cheques, if the attitude of builder as such ?

Wait till that date and immediately file criminal complaint.

Just wanted to provide info thinking it will be useful for all followers and myself Builder gave 45 days PDC and date passed last week. Last week, builder ask to deposit this week. After depositing check, informed builder. Builder asked to deposit after few days by SMS. Builder is not answering any call since few weeks and all communication is through SMS. So it is clear that check with return. Anyone please suggest how to get money back as early as possible. This money is stuck since 4 months all together and no sign of getting back.

First present the cheque, preserve the returned cheque and bank covering schedule, preserve certified copies of all SMS received, issue Legal notice through Advocate under Sec.138, explore possibility of filing consumer complaint in district consumer forum as total expenses may not exceed Rs.500/-, establish contact with a sincere local advocate as now it is beyond your capacity to handle.

With his advice, also file criminal complaint before Police for cheating as he has tried to sell a land which is under Govt.Acquisition, knowingly .  Remember to act as quick as possible within limitation period.

Since last update, cheque return two times. Last check returned on first week of May, 2017.

Could you please suggest expert advocate for refund cases?

Dear Sir, we have purchased a 1500 square yards plot in Jayadarshini Enclave, Devarayamjal village which falls under Shamirpet mandal, Medchal district. It is a gram panchayat layout. We want to apply for LRS + Building Permission but a few people in the HMDA are saying that according to the HMDA 2031 master plan a road is passing through the plot due to which LRS cannot be granted to the plot. Please note that we have not yet applied for LRS and there is no official rejection by HMDA yet. Moreover we do not know if the road is really passing or not and if it is passing then how much area are we losing and do we get any compensation for it or not. We also don t know if we can get LRS and building permission on the remaining land which will be left with us. In such a situation what are our options? Could you please guide us. Thank you

Please go through replies already available in the thread and act accordingly.  RTI is the best option for getting authentic information from Authorities.
