my case no is RSA 634 OF 1995, punjab nd haryana highcourt chd,decided on 11.08.2009 by mr sham sundar judge,so pls suggest me what is my next step? i will go to suprem court of india yes or no? im is pettioner in the case.

Why dont you contact your counsel engaged at Chandigarh and take action according to his advice or take the service of some other lawyer if you are not satisfied with him.
