Civil case in the court

Respected Experts and Advocates,

My civil case is in the civil court but now i got a notice from JOINT COLLECTOR.Can i directly go and tell him that the concerned case is in the civil court.And moreover can JOINT COLLECTOR involve in a case which is taking pace in the civil court.

Give the reply of the notice to joint collector and informed him accordingly that your case whom he send the notice is pending before the civil court .
