Civil suit and case under 406

i have made a civil suit against bank and cross examination date on my affidavit is on dated 14/10/2022 to prove correct bank action write bank filled a case under 406 and bailable warrent is issued and the date is same on 14/10/2022 my friend advocate told me look the case of 406 but i have feared that can court can arrest me on 14/10/2022 i wants to put my defense in 406 after my cross examination in civil suit i am really a innocent person so please guide me that can i go for cross examination because last chance for bank. their after i put mt full proof evidence in 406 case so please guide me that is their any damage to me from 406 case on 14/10/2022
