Details of the suit should be available on the site of the Court.

Anyhow you will have to contact and engage a local prudent lawyer to defend your case.

Other defendants will proceed the case you insist them.

You can engage the services of a local lawyer in Hosur or in the surrounding district, give a vakalatnama duly attested by a Notary public of your country and ask your lawyer to represent you before the court in order to avoid passing of an exparte order in your absence because it may adversely affect your case in case you decide to participate in the case.

You contact a local lawyer in India and try to obtain information from the Court.

You can also try to get the information unofficially from the Court staff through a lawyer. After you get the information unofficially, you can file an appropriate memo or petition in the Court.

The purpose of summons is to inform you about the Court case. Since you are already aware of the Court proceedings, though not fully, you may approach the Court. It is always better to approach it unofficially and get as much information as possible, and consult a couple of lawyers, before approaching the Court in a proper way.

No need to resend the summons. You can get the information either unofficially or officially.
