Civil Writ

A civil writ  at Bombay High Court was not admitted in 1996 against the bank who refused to honour the demand draft which was stoppped by its customer on fraudalant ground but later bank had confirmed  that customer had stopped the Draft after giving it to its beneficiary.The Bench was misled by senior counsel of the bank and accordingly  wronly considered as a question of fact rather then question of law  to refusal of honouring draft  and also just because the draft was a foreign darft and deposited in the account of foreing bank..of A follw on revision was also rejected by the same bench in the same year without giving any chance to speak to the petitioner who was presting in person. After that the petitioner had to move back abroad but now shifting back to India to challlege the rejection of writ at appropritae plate form.What are the option available for the petioner available Now.Need urgent help Pls.
