One LLP is being shut.
Have 2 designated partner & 1 partner.
For buying stamp paper [ indemnity & affidavit to be executed by each partner] whether stamp paper will be in LLP's name or Individual partner, as ultimately individually partner will be executing [ MCA].
Please advise.

When LLP do not exist (state to have been "shut") it (stamp paper) has to be purchased in the name of individual.

Due to ongoing vendors strike ,stamp paper is not available in Kolkata over 3 weeks. Any alternative window is there?

When there is no LLP (the state claims it has been "shut"), the stamp paper must be bought in the individual's name
