in compensation case owner ship of vehicle transfered in January 2013 but in accident claim previous owner has been made party and insurance has also made available in the name of previous owner. But accident occured on may 2014 and insurance vailid from 1st may 2014 to onwards. new owners not made party . can compensation will br allowed.
