One of my Commercial property is under Compulsary acquisation from KIADB for the purpose of Bangalore Metro. Preliminary notification issued on 09-1-2013 and Final notification issued on 30-04-2017.
There are 7 Tenants in my building and all of them have recieved notice to vaceate property within 15 days,
1. Whether the Compensation to All tenents is payable under the New ACT LARR 2013 or under Old Law
2. If recievable under LARR what is the amount of compensation
3. If they are not agreed to the compensation amount what should be cource of action
