Respected Sir,
I have booked a flat in 1999 by paying 3,60000 to the builder from my provident fund and my agreement was registered. But due to lack of fund the builder not able to finish the flat. He spent 80 lakh for the flat 4 floor and now he is absconded and the land lord promised us that he will finish the flat. But he also cheated us and sold the entire property with 4 floor building to the third party named Madhusoodan Acharya and He finished this flat and sold the flat to some other people. Now this is in Consumer Court.
Please help me in this regard
