Compromise of property case

hello experts

This is jai from hyderabad ,ap. we are 3 ( 2 sisters and me)Recently my elder sisters has filed a case aganist my father for share on property so we have a deal that both of them will be given 3 guntas each so they compramise .we have registered the property of 3 guntas each and a bond( 100 rupees 2 bond papers) is return that every thing is setteled and they will compromise the case on the said date of the court.and both of my sisters and there husbands have signed in front of my relatives as vitness signed .And now they are not ready to come to court and there layer is also not ready to come to court for compromise .

please suggest ,what should i do.is the bond papers which we have return is valid.

when a suit is pending before the court, there is no need to go for this kind of arrangement, without courts knowledge. Since they have turned up u may seek cancellation of properties allocated to them. this may involve some court fees charges.

The best way is to contest the case, at the same time, file another suit for cancellation of registration of the property as they (your sisters) failed to fulfill the conditions the registered settlement of property.
