Hello Deepthi, control over population growth is part of the concept of welfare state. thomas malthus in his population theory oversees that the condition of overstrpping of food production by population growth will result in starvation as it is being seen in many of the african countries.

population control is inevitable, but, it should not be implimented by force. awareness of its hard consequences will do the job, i think.

women reservation will do wonders in an another aspect, i believe. 

DEAR MR.VISHNU YUVRAJ, I,m not against any population control policies...bt abortion being an ostensible example of human rights violation can be justified only on grounds of health issues etc. and can not be adopted as a population control policy by govt.,which is supposed to be the sole protector of human rights.

Government should bear for Health, Education and employment for every citizen.

No stock of money and property should be allowed out of certain limit.

And it should be by rule, ofcourse forcefully. 

So 47 crore BPL people will get back their rights which are grabbed by powerful people, who stored power by anti-democratic way.

According to MTP Act if abortion is done by violating the clause of this Act then the person will be punished.So a Govt. should not violate this Act forcefully.
