between court proceedings if any person conceal the facts from court can a application maintainable against tht person by oppiocite  party  ,and which section

yes, and the person concealing the true facts and documents is not at all entitled for any reliefs whatsoever. As per the judgement laid down in kuideep singh by supreme court way back in 1983. He can only be prosecuted if he gives a false statement on oath under indian penal code,1860. for suppression there is no prosecution only throwing him away by the court and not to entertain him.
