Respected Sir/Maam,
I happened to pay Rs. 1890/- online to a company called Connect India for a Tata Sky HD dish, almost a month back. I was guided by their personnel to have the payment processed. The next day, they had sent the technician with a dish with SD version and not HD. I had asked them to replace it with HD and i was willing to pay the difference amt (as the Connect India person took me wrongly through for SD cost and not HD, it was not may fault though). They could not move it any further and in a couple of days from then, I had asked them to process my refund. I was told, it would take 48 hrs and at the max of 7 days. Nothing happened. I did raise the refund request a couple of times and an auto mail comes saying my refund will be processed but nothing happened till date.
Request you to help me as to how do i proceed and get my money refunded. I dont want my hard earned money go for nothing just like that.
