There are some 138 cheque bounce cases, Financal fraud cases, cheeting case against 2 people (who are partners of a firm) who are abscoding from some days. Police could not trace them. Mean while the complainents are trying to involve some other people in the complain who are no way concerned to the firm or in no way involved in such financial fraud but also a victim of such financial fraud.
The complaints also made a bogus police complaint on the people who are no way involved and called to police station with their contacts in the police. These innocent persons were made to site in the police station for hours and asked unrelated questions by the PC etc., later on asking the copy of the complaint they made further delay in giving the copy. How ever the station incharge agreed to give the copy of the compalint which was totally bogus. The innocent persons were harrassed by calling to police station and bringing pressure on them.
My question is that: What is to be done by innocent people Under such circumstances when some people are trying to complaint on innocent people who are no way concerned to such fraud, cheeting etc.,
What is to be done under such circumstances to avoid any further complictions. As the persons who made cases i.e. 138, financial fraud cases wanted to harrass these innocent persons.
