If any case is under processing in district consumer court and the same time the same case may be proceed in High cout of the same state? The consumer court can be denied that the same matter is under processing in high court so it will be not decided in consumer court? Kindly reply.

If the consumer court has jurisdiction of the same, and the same is being tried in high court, the high court will dismiss with cost ,on information of the same.
