Consumer courts condoning delay

1. Do consumer forum/commission to condone delay of <30 days need to get counter all opposite parties? 2. Is there a limit for the number of adjournments or time limit for getting counter from opposite parties? 3. Supreme court order dated 4th december 2015 fixes 45 days limit to get written version . Doesn't it apply to get counter for admission? Check the 45 day order uploaded. 4. In FA/602/2012 before NCDRC condoned similar delay and the supreme court also condoned delay without even sending notice. 5. Is TSCDRC doing the right thing and NCDRC & SC violated consumer rights or vice versa?

delay condonation ia a discretion of the court.

as per the judgement of the SC the forum or commission do not have power to condone the delay after completion of 45 days for filing written version. But forums or state commission are condoning the delay on payment of costs.

Then why Telangana state consumer commission giving more adjournments freely?
