I had entered into an agreement for purchase of a plot under a residential scheme of a builder. I had filed a case in State consumer forum and it had directed status quo to be maintained on 20.7.09 and finally on 10.7.10 State forum ex-parte directed the builder to get the plot registered in my name after taking balance amount. Than I had filed an application u/s 27 of Consumer protection act in District Forum for execution of State Forums order. In reply to this application builder, stated that it had scrapped the scheme of residential plots over the land and a fresh layout of multistoreyed building was approved by compentent authority on 26.4.10 and further that builder had no plot available for sale in that scheme and builder is ready to refund the amount. In view of the fact that order of statusquo of State forum can I file a contempt proceeding against builder or how can I get the plot booked by me. Any other legal course of action available to me.
