Contents of will

I am writing a WILL today that includes all Fixed Deposits in a Bank.  During the course of years, some deposits are redeemed and some new investments are made.

Can I put a general statement in the WILL that ( after mentioning about the deposits as on date of writing the WILL)

"all investments standing to my credit as on  date of death shall form part of the will and such unvestments shall pass on to the ebneficiary as per the WILL."    OR

can some experts suggest wordings as to how to include such changing assets from time to time.

Thank you

The wording appears to be well-suited. However, it is advisable that legal opinion is obtained from a local lawyer. Any suggestions on this platform is bound to be too general.

["all investments standing to my credit as on  date of death shall form part of the will and such unvestments shall pass on to the ebneficiary as per the WILL." ] The paragraph is correct, however the account number and Banks name & address should be included. There are other legal necessitiies to be observed. It will be prudent to consult an advocate.

The statement is legally complete and valid.
