contested divorce

Dear experts..

if a husband file for divorce if the wife is not interested in divorce,how long it will take to get divorce in contested divorce..

if possible please let me know the details like how much it will cost for divorce petetion in family court or district court.

It may take A year or so, any how it depends on availability of advocate and court. The cost of divorce petition may vary.

If contested upto supreme court maximum 40yrs

It could also be that the court will not grant the divorce.
