A owns a shop in Islamabad, living himself in Lahore, and visiting the shop occasionally. The shop is managed by B, and he is in the habit of ordering goods from C in the name of A for the purposes of the shop, and of paying for them out of As funds without As knowledge. Evaluate the nature of relationship and authority between the parties.

In the light of the facts put forth by you, it is clear that the business is being done with the clear knowledge of A by B who is his agent or sales-man hence A is the properietor of the shop, B is his agent and C is supplier.
