Who is Corrupt? Why naxalism,terrism,unemployment,poverty???

WHO IS CORRUPT? Politicians? Administrators? Or Society?

Why naxalism, terrism, unemployment, poverty??

I joined LCI on 30th April this year.  Many things are revealed here in this short period here.

I got this fact that neither politicians nor administration but THE SOCIETY IS CORRUPT. It is so called educated society.  Below poverty line people are only busy in struggle for bread and they don’t have a place with them for any other things like politics and money game etc.

Those do corruption are they responsible for it? No. They got chance to do corruption so they do it. Somewhere I heard that “Who is corrupt those have opportunity to do it. Those who do not have an opportunity to do corruption are honest.”

ARE THEY NOT THE MAIN ACCUSED FOR ALL CORRUPTION WHO GIVES THIS OPPORTUNITY BY KEEPING QUIET?? Is not is an agreement that “I will keep quiet for you and you keep quiet for me and we all do corruption wheresoever opportunity is available??

Everyone claims their constitutional rights.  Do everyone fulfil their constitutional duties?  Everyone want rights claiming all the 1 to 395 articles but none is ready to fulfil duty as per only one article 51-A.  And says – “Our constitution is not working”.  The constitution provides rights to citizens and citizens have to be “A CITIZEN ON CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY”. How many are “A CITIZEN ON CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY”?? All are like Government servants – Need salary without work.

How it has happened with so called educated class society?? Why this society is unbecoming “A CITIZEN ON CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY”?? Because, it teaches how to make money? How to dominate others? 1001 tricks of corruption for making money?? And pays attention to rich evensoever become a rich by corruption??  Teaches children to become THE GREAT CORRUPT.

If I do not want all these to see silently so where should I go? Pakistan? Bangladesh? America? Africa? But why should I leave my motherland? Why should I not clean my motherland?  If I will not do this so who will do it for me? (“I” here means “WE ALL”)

So please GIVE A CALL AGAINST CORRUPTION and PLEASE DON’T KEEP QUIET. We all are being looted.

But, if I give a call to not have differences on religion, caste, language, region, class, gender etc. and we are equally responsible citizens so some intellectual gives a call to LCI Admin. to ban this man Ram Samudre-DRF.  Always and everywhere the oppositors are united and the supporters enjoy silence being titled with a good man.  This is happening with corruption. Corrupt are united and so called “good man” (shareef aadmi) are silent.

Please GIVE A CALL AGAINST CORRUPTION and PLEASE DON’T KEEP QUIET. Don’t become a part of silent corrupt society.

Dear Sir, just look at the latest Rice Scam posted by Ashutosh and my responds: the simple reason is that we are coward and hypocrite, and that is the reason why corruption flourish in this great land of Mahatma..If you go against those corrupt man others will take advantage of you by running to those corrupt leaders and will speak all kinds of ills against you and you will be twisted and squezed out of your whole blood and there will be blockade to all your good opportunity like the American imposing economic sanction against the third world and of course no one will raised their brows and you will be left alone high and dry and one fine morning you will wake up to see your world crumbling right before your feet and to be condemend even by your friends. In fact in our State corruption has become a way of glittering life and a thing of beauty and joy to be envy by others.

Democratic Indian (n/a)     08 December 2010

Yes the latest rice scam (https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/Latest-Rice-Scam-involves-2lakh-Crore--28227.asp) will be probably used as a diversionary tactics to take attention away from 2G scam by UPA.
Rice Scam is indeed a crime against humanity. Criminals go by the available oppurtunity to commit crime. A population disarmed by Arms Act 1959 is the best and the most fertile ground for criminals to commit crimes openly. They can also get full protection from the police in their evil enterprises. I would like to draw attention to the fact that the human right and the fundamental right, The Right to Keep and Bear Arms was explicitly enumerated in our draft Constitution of India. For some reasons, the explicit enumeration of this right was removed, but the right is still there. But the morass of corrupt bureacracy in nexus with evil have steadily and slowly eroded this right of people. This was also aided by ignorance about presence and importance of this fundamentally important right by the people. I have tried to explain this in detail at:

https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/profile.asp?member_id=85234

We also need to fight for this right if we truly want a true democracy to get foothold in this country. Otherwise we will have to be content with the present banana republic kind of setup that will be ruled by people with evil designs. If some people think that just having a written Constitution without arms to defend it is enough, then is a fundamental blunder. The cost of the blunder for which we are already facing the results are before our eyes.

It was not without a reason that George Washington said the following:

Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people’s liberty teeth and keystone under independence..........................................................The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference; they deserve a place with all that’s good. When firearms go, all goes; we need them every hour.

Also the following quote speaks volumes:

"The most effective way to find ourselves enslaved will not be done openly. If weakened we will sink gradually. I ask, who are the militia? They consist of the whole people,.........................except a few public officers."- Thomas Jefferson

Aristotle was also no fool when he said the follwing:

"Both the oligarch and tyrant mistrust the people, and therefore deprive them of arms."

"Only an armed people can be truly free. Only an unarmed people can ever be enslaved."

And the most outstanding of all which fits perfectly for our country is one by Benjamin Franklin. We gave up our essential liberty(RKBA) to obtain a little temporary safety(Arms Act 1959). Today we have neither liberty nor safety. We are ruled by nexus of the evil, the criminals and the corrupt. What more do we want?

"They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."

All these corrupt people are criminal predators of our society who are preying on defenseless people:

We should scrapped the arms act and all the citizen should be given liberty to possess firearms. Can you imagine in our state few people can go about holding Kalshnakov (AK 47 etc) with arm cadre as bodyguard with deadly weapon right in the heart of the Town, but an innocent youth possessing a bullet can be proudly arrested by the police and haul him in the court and the Judge solemny take up the case seriously as if possessing a single bullet is a great crime? Imagine that court scene? Ofcourse I was the counsel for that youth. Enough is enough, we are really fade up with this kind of  life like fairy tale.

It is a common knowledge that in many Arms Act 1959 cases the police plants a cheap firearm or one bullet to frame innocent persons, usually under influence of political pressure or bribes. Has any lawyer tried using the logic used in U.S. Supreme Court case decision U.S. v. Haynes (1968) to help such persons? If one reads https://www.nraila.org/Issues/Articles/Read.aspx?id=22&issue=006 along with https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/profile.asp?member_id=85234 the idea seems reasonable and workable. Since RKBA is a human and fundamental right guaranteed under Article 21 of Constitution, one of the objectives of Arms Act 1959 puts the burden not on the citizens, but on the state. The objective states that "weapons for SELF DEFENSE are available for ALL CITIZENS under licenses UNLESS their antecedents or propensities do not entitle them for the privilege". This means the ONLY role of the state in providing an arms license is to look for records on citizens that disqualify them from obtaining an arms license. If the state does not find anything against the applicant, he has a license.

I have already explained the reasons why thousands of law abiding people are being compelled by circumstances to keep unlicensed firearms at https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/Fear-of-punishment-is-more-important-than-it-s-execution-27982.asp

Now if any of these citizens will tell the state that they possess arms and apply for an arms license they will be accused to by the state, sent to jail under Arms Act 1959 and also violate Article 20(3). If they do not apply for arms license, then also they are going to be accused by the state, sent to jail under Arms Act 1959. What do they do?

Bringing back to the task of the thread.....

I think, till when the society will not be united, till when the society will have differences based on religion, caste, region, language, class, gender etc., till than the will not be united and the constitutional duties of citizens as clearly defined in Article 51-A in the Constitution of India, TILL THAN THERE WILL BE NO CONTROL OF PEOPLE OVER POWER SECTOR GOVERNANCE AND ADMINISTRATION AND CORRUPT PEOPLE THERE WILL BE IN RISING and so till than there will be ever place for rising of naxalism, terrorism, unemployment, poverty etc. since there will be ever a favour for corrupt people from the shelter of religion, caste, region, language, class, gender etc.

SO FIRST BECOME "A CITIZEN ON CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY AS PER ARTICLE 51-A"... I SEE A SOLUTION HERE.

Please initiate and participate.

Our ever great founder of the greatest secular democratic constitution of our great Union of India

Babasaheb Ambedkar very clearly guided us that;

EDUCATE !... UNITED !!... AGITATE !!!

And it is not for any specific section but for all the citizens of India.

I believe that if we simply follow these simple and straight guidelines and will practice our CONSTITUTIONAL DUTIES so by this way we will ever enable to sort out our problems including corruption and its side effects like naxalism, terrorism, unemployment, poverty etc.

Yes, THE SOCIETY IS CORRUPT. It is so called educated society.

Does we follow our indian constitution?Does our indian politicians follow the articles of our indian constitution?

Who is duty bound ,Law enforcing and Administrator , or a simple citizen.Failure to it ,who is guilty ,ruler or a citizen. It is Govt's job to stop corruption, a citizen can be forced not to be corrupt by Law.Failure to this who is corrupt it is only the Ruler Politicians and Administrators. It is ,only they failed in their duties.

The most corrupt amongst us is our representatives. One who knows maximum ways of corruption and keep on innovating newer ideas of obtaining money from other sources is our politician.

But, this does not mean that if father smokes, he should let his son smoke or if mother was bad character, she has no right to correct and care for her child and make him a good character. This fight between good and bad is continous from the time immorial and will continue till Earth blasts.

India is in our hands and not in the hands of politicians. The way we want, we can make it.For that we have to unity . we should stand up for the righ cause and do something for the nation for which our next generation would be proud of us.

Sufferer needs remedy. The poor illiterate people needs to know their constitutional rights but they are far away from it.

Educated class know the constitution they are happy with "No implementation of Constitution".  This class is hypocrite. Only makes loud sound that "WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.. GOVERNMENT IS NOT FUNCTIONING AS PER CONSTITUTION... ETC... ETC... ETC..."

BUT IN FACT, THIS CLASS IS IN NEED OF CONSTITUTION FOR UP TO THEIR OWN SELFISH INTEREST OTHERWISE WHEN THEY HAVE A CHANCE TO GO OUT OF WAY FOR THEIR INTEREST THEY NEVER THINK OF NEITHER CONSTITUTION NOR FOR OTHERS RIGHTS.

THIS REFLECTS THAT; Yes, THE SOCIETY IS CORRUPTIt is so called educated society.

Samudreji, I disagree with you when you are saying this thread is a flop or super flop. In my opinion no society in this world is free from corruption. Only the percentage varies from place to place and from time to time. Samudreji may I ask whom do you consider "poor" or "illeterate"? I am asking this question because I have seen many people who accept that they are poor and for ever stay poor AND also seen many people who do not accept that they are poor and succesfully rise out of poverty without any government or other help. There are endless examples. I would like to illustrate with one very real and true small example: One man was born in a so called "poor" family in village, could hardly afford two meals a day. He left his village for city. He did not waste his money on drinks etc. His day used to start at 2am in the morning with prayers. He started by washing taxis early in the morning for six months. Then he learnt how to drive taxis and became a taxi driver. Within 5 years he purchased a second hand taxi. He sent his 2 sons to school. One of the son became an engineer BUT the other son did not study. When the old man died, he was the owner of 5 taxis. No cheating or dishonesty was ever done by him. No government support or any financial help was given to him by anybody. Now whom do you blame or whom do you praise?

Now I would like to come to the discussion of this thread. Your emphasis on duties rather than on the fundamental rights is just like putting a cart before a horse. The horse will never be able to move that cart. In order to move the cart, you will ALWAYS have to tie it behind the horse. Just like first power then comes responsibility, similary first rights then come duties. It is not the other way round. The society that is not willing to assert its fundamental rights that have ALREADY BEEN GUARANTEED by the Constitution, how do you excpect from that very society to respect its duties? First make them respect their rights. In another thread you had mentioned that some family though well employed was willing to sell its Constitutional right to votes for Rs 500 per vote. Will you teach them the sacredness of rights first or the duties which are a function of rights first? I hope you are able to get my point.

The conspiracy by so called socialists to corrupt and pervert the Constition for their power interests began very early even before Constitution came into force. One of the results was partition of the country. The rot of corruption started in the 1930s and since then it has only been a downward slide in the name of socialism. Mr. Adolf Hitler was also a great socialist. I would request you to take note of the points in bold and compare with similar "socialistic" features in our Constitution:

"We are socialists, we are enemies of today's capitalistic economic system for the exploitation of the economically weak, with its unfair salaries, with its unseemly evaluation of a human being according to wealth and property instead of responsibility and performance, and we are all determined to destroy this system under all conditions." --Adolf Hitler(Speech of May 1, 1927. Quoted by Toland, 1976, p. 306)

The 25 points of the NSDAP Program were composed by Adolf Hitler and Anton Drexler. They were publically presented on 24 February 1920. Hitler was intent on having a community of mutual interest that desired mutual success instead of one that was divided over the control of money or differing values. The Statement of intent:

THE COMMON INTEREST BEFORE SELF-INTEREST -THAT IS THE SPIRIT OF THE PROGRAM. BREAKING OF THE THRALDOM OF INTEREST - THAT IS THE KERNEL OF NATIONAL SOCIALISM.

The Programme of the German Workers' Party is designed to be of limited duration. The leaders have no intention, once the aims announced in it have been achieved, of establishing fresh ones, merely in order to increase, artificially, the discontent of the masses and so ensure the continued existence of the Party.

1. We demand the union of all Germany in a Greater Germany on the basis of the right of national self-determination.

2. We demand equality of rights for the German people in its dealings with other nations, and the revocation of the peace treaties of Versailles and Saint-Germain.

3. We demand land and territory (colonies) to feed our people and to settle our surplus population.

4. Only members of the nation may be citizens of the State. Only those of German blood, whatever be their creed, may be members of the nation. Accordingly, no Jew may be a member of the nation.

5. Non-citizens may live in Germany only as guests and must be subject to laws for aliens.

6. The right to vote on the State's government and legislation shall be enjoyed by the citizens of the State alone. We demand therefore that all official appointments, of whatever kind, whether in the Reich, in the states or in the smaller localities, shall be held by none but citizens.

We oppose the corrupting parliamentary custom of filling posts merely in accordance with party considerations, and without reference to character or abilities.

7. We demand that the State shall make it its primary duty to provide a livelihood for its citizens. If it should prove impossible to feed the entire population, foreign nationals (non-citizens) must be deported from the Reich.

8. All non-German immigration must be prevented. We demand that all non-Germans who entered Germany after 2 August 1914 shall be required to leave the Reich forthwith.

9. All citizens shall have equal rights and duties.

10. It must be the first duty of every citizen to perform physical or mental work. The activities of the individual must not clash with the general interest, but must proceed within the framework of the community and be for the general good.

We demand therefore:

11. The abolition of incomes unearned by work.

The breaking of the slavery of interest

12. In view of the enormous sacrifices of life and property demanded of a nation by any war, personal enrichment from war must be regarded as a crime against the nation. We demand therefore the ruthless confiscation of all war profits.

13. We demand the nationalization of all businesses which have been formed into corporations (trusts).

14. We demand profit-sharing in large industrial enterprises.

15. We demand the extensive development of insurance for old age.

16. We demand the creation and maintenance of a healthy middle class, the immediate communalizing of big department stores, and their lease at a cheap rate to small traders, and that the utmost consideration shall be shown to all small traders in the placing of State and municiple orders.

17. We demand a land reform suitable to our national requirements, the passing of a law for the expropriation of land for communal purposes without compensation; the abolition of ground rent, and the prohibition of all speculation in land. *

18. We demand the ruthless prosecution of those whose activities are injurious to the common interest. Common criminals, usurers, profiteers, etc., must be punished with death, whatever their creed or race.

19. We demand that Roman Law, which serves a materialistic world order, be replaced by a German common law.

20. The State must consider a thorough reconstruction of our national system of education (with the aim of opening up to every able and hard-working German the possibility of higher education and of thus obtaining advancement). The curricula of all educational establishments must be brought into line with the requirements of practical life. The aim of the school must be to give the pupil, beginning with the first sign of intelligence, a grasp of the nation of the State (through the study of civic affairs). We demand the education of gifted children of poor parents, whatever their class or occupation, at the expense of the State.

21. The State must ensure that the nation's health standards are raised by protecting mothers and infants, by prohibiting child labor, by promoting physical strength through legislation providing for compulsory gymnastics and sports, and by the extensive support of clubs engaged in the physical training of youth.

22. We demand the abolition of the mercenary army and the foundation of a people's army.

23. We demand legal warfare on deliberate political mendacity and its dissemination in the press. To facilitate the creation of a German national press we demand:

(a) that all editors of, and contributors to newspapers appearing in the German language must be members of the nation;
(b) that no non-German newspapers may appear without the express permission of the State. They must not be printed in the German language;
(c) that non-Germans shall be prohibited by law from participating financially in or influencing German newspapers, and that the penalty for contravening such a law shall be the suppression of any such newspaper, and the immediate deportation of the non-Germans involved.

The publishing of papers which are not conducive to the national welfare must be forbidden. We demand the legal prosecution of all those tendencies in art and literature which corrupt our national life, and the suppression of cultural events which violate this demand.

24. We demand freedom for all religious denominations in the State, provided they do not threaten its existence not offend the moral feelings of the German race.

The Party, as such, stands for positive Christianity, but does not commit itself to any particular denomination. It combats the Jewish-materialistic spirit within and without us, and is convinced that our nation can achieve permanent health only from within on the basis of the principle: The common interest before self-interest.

25. To put the whole of this programme into effect, we demand the creation of a strong central state power for the Reich; the unconditional authority of the political central Parliament over the entire Reich and its organizations; and the formation of Corporations based on estate and occupation for the purpose of carrying out the general legislation passed by the Reich in the various German states.

The leaders of the Party promise to work ruthlessly -- if need be to sacrifice their very lives -- to translate this programme into action.

Has anybody been able to understand and find any conspiracy to grab maximum power in the Hitler's socialist speech and NSDAP Program of socialism and government welfareism? Do we find similarities in our country? Are we able to see the reasons of failure socialism/welfareism and corruption? Are we able to see a direct relationship between power and corruption? Let us think first.....................then........................
