Divorce

  • 1- Is it possible for the court to award divorce in my absence or if I don’t respond to any summon issued by court.

Yes court can pass ex-parte as per Order 9 Rule 6 CPC.

Yes, three notices will be issued to you, then a news paper notice has to be published and still if you do not appear, ex-parte divorce will be granted.

Notice or Summon , 

 

Is that teh court will send  Notice or summon , i am confused  with this 

Also they are sending to wrong adrdess  ( my old company address ) , so i wont get that .

when they informed me about the case ,  i told them to send to my communication adress .

Is that court will issue three notices again and  provide divorce ?
