Daily working hours

Hi all, I am working in an Equity Broking Firm in Mumbai. My company is increasing working time to 9.5 hrs per day also my company operates 5 days a week hence my weekely total working hours including breaks will be 9.5*5=47.5 my question is, What is the maximum hours i am eligible to work per day including breaks

Hardik only 8 hours per day along with half hour rest period.

8/day=48 hrs/week.

Beyond which OT is applicable.

Out of 9.5 hrs/day , what is the rest period?

It should  9 hrs/day with rest of 30 minutes after 5 hrs of work.

 

Capping on OT is 6hrs/week.
