If the property is already registered, you can file application for certified copy before Sub-Registrar and get the same as certified copy.  One can not get original registered documents except from title holder/ custodian of the documents.  For certified copy, there is a prescribed format and fees depending on pages.  Within 7 days one can get certified copy.  Some states digitalized such records / registrars and you can get the same maximum within 3 days.
