false case from wife

Accused person in criminal complaint case is not supposed to prove his innocence, it's the complainant or prosecution to prove him guilty of the offenses complained against him. Police can seek the extradition of the accused person living outside India with help of foreign authorities. The passport of the accused can be revoked or impounded. Court summon or warrant can be served upon the accused person, through Indian High Commission or Embassy in foreign country. All these processes can be taken care to get accused back to India. He can even get arrested on arrival at Airport if Look Out Circular exists against him as he was found to be avoiding the Indian authorities for his investigation in the criminal matter.

Thanks for your reply. Person is not hiding from the police, what will be the situation if he is,working abroad. He will be asked to return back to India? So what will happen if he loose the job? Who will take care of him. He in India there is no way to defend the false cases filed by woman. This will become business for some woman who just want to marry to get good money from his husband.
