One Bank given auction sale of property ...I approached the bank before last day of EMD amount and i paid EMD Amount and participate in bank e- auction ...Now i am the succceful biddder for that property after 5 days i was paid total amount ..Before registration i recieved one more EC for that property given by Document Writer BANK Given property was registered on 2007 with different survey number i.e 23/4 and different boundaries and that plot was already registered in 1996 with survey number 23/3 and boundaries are according to the layout plan ...
Now Bank authorized officer is telling we will not refund the money ...bidders must check before participation of e auction... now i am in depression i was paid that money completely from my RD savings and personal loan ....100% white money i was paid to bank ...this is bank cheating what is the solution for this ..i lost the money are any solution is there for this ....even i will get the refund or not ...please give suggestion sir....please please
