I have some query regarding 498A complaint. what are the procedure generally followed by I.O. in delhi after registered an FIR under IPC 498A? whether they immediate arrest the all accused or they investigate and if find guilty then arrest. if investigate then how long can it may be. for instance, 20th October 498A was registered, should all the accused take anticipatory bail or should wait for investigation as I.O. is saying that when bail is required, she will inform in advance
