boundary error in before sale deed

there is issue in our sale deed where the plot number on south side is mentioned 57 instead of 55b but 57 is exist on south side next to 55B so what will be processes to rectify the sale deed...( the property was registered before 30years so it is not possible to find the previous owner of the property

1. Apply for Govt. Survey (not private survey) thru the Tahsildar /Collector office and request for layout plan of the entire survey nos. surrounding your plot and obtain the Govt. Survey Report.

2. Based on the Govt. Survey Report, you may unilaterally execute Rectification Deed with proper clauses and a supporting affidavit. This Deed will be legally sufficient for all futuristic legal purposes like Sale /Gift /Transfer /Donate /Mortgage /Whatever .... without any exceptions, whatsoever.
