Not getting noc

Hi,

I was working in a PSU which is under liquidation as per govt notification. All deparments of the company is not functional now. Only liquidator contact details are available who is not responding to any query. I need NOC to appear in an interview of a PSU. Where should I contact for that.

Explain the position to Liquidator quoting all past correspondence and provide that letter to the interviewer at PSU.  Hope they will be sympathetic.

Approach liquidator.

The liquidator's job is to liquidate the Company's assets and pay the Creditors in a dispassionate manner.  He is not responsible for the day to running bureaucracy of the Company.

The point is when the PSU itself is under Liquidation where is the need for NOC.  You may show the Liquidation notification during the course of the Interview and hopefully, it shall be accepted.  However, an experience/conduct Certificate may not be forthcoming which the Liquidator also cannot provide and he has no brief to direct the company to issue the same.
