Is this a riddle or a query? If a real query, please repost the facts.

Anyhow, the property is no longer ancestral. And inherritance of property left intestate depends upon the personal law as applicable.

Without perusing the property related documents any opinion given here will be a misguidance therefore better consult an experienced lawyer in the local and proceed as advised.

You have not posted material facts and your query is confusing.  Grandmother acquired property and sold the ancestral property, was she alone sold it?  At that time no legal heirs? How did she get that ancestral property?

Sir Grand mother husband was (VDO oldendays called Reddy) and land Lord grand mother husband acquired that property from his father. In olden days she is full decision maker of family after her husband dies she sold property and acquired property minor name.

Since grand mother and grand father died intestate  so their property rights devolve to their legal heirs "X" and "Y", children of X should file suit for partition to claim their respective share against B1 & B2.

Facts posted are still vague and confusing.

It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

It is barred by limitation, file suit for partition, who knows fate.
