Conveyance deed/khasra problem

Hi,

A property was sold through one conveyance deed but it has several Khasra Numbers. Due to some disputes a case filed for stay on one particular khasra no. by a relative.

Now mutation is stayed by tehsildar on all khasra no. stating conveyance deed under litigation.

When only one khasra no. is being challenged, how can revenue authority deny mutation of balance khasra . Does conveyance deed comes under litigation. Could it be declared null and void?

(Note: A similar question was posted on this forum earlier but I’m unable to find the answer for it.)

The decision given by the Tehsildar, should be challenged before the Appellate Authority and the stay got vacated.
