If the owner member of a hsg society in Mumbai has died after leaving a clear nomination and Will,can the society ask for succession certificate from the nominee.There is no other claimant.

Based on the registered Nomination made by the deceased member, the Society may transfer the membership after following procedures as prescribed in the MCS Act and the provisions of the bye-laws.
