Can anybody advise me in details regarding registration pf business agreements between two companies? is the document compulsarily needs to be registered? how much stamp duty is payable on such agreements? plz advise in case of Purchase agreement, dealership agreement, Non-disclosure agreements, technical consultancy agreement, Business Associate agreements.
