Corporation bank sanctioned loan to court case land

Dear Sir,

Corporation bank manager has provided crop loan against the land while the hearings are running in court on it .

We are feilding that land since 40 years and we have ll the written papers and we are paying tax on that land ,but the other person name is there in Patta phani and passbook .

The person managed the manager to sanction the loan with fake papers .

How we can proceed on this :

1)how to get the sanction letter copies of the loan

2)do we have rights to file FIR on this .

3) or any other suggestion are welcome .

If lender has disbursed loan, borrower has to pay.

The lender has to supply authenticated copies to borrower; loan brochure, loan application, loan approval, loan agreement etc

You can obtain all docs thru RTI.

You can lodge complaint with Vigilance cell of Bank, RBI, Police, CBI.........media.

Dear Sir the land is ours and my father is doing cultivation since 40 years ,but unfortunatly my father have not done registration and add name in patta.

Please advice sir ..
