Respected Sir/Madam,
I had a question regarding name correction in the rent receipt as the name in the rent receipt mentioned by my mother in the year 1972 was in R.C format i.e Mother’s name is mentioned first and then my name in the last for e.g. my name is Ralph Joseph Jacklin but in the rent receipt is has been mentioned as Jacklin Joseph Ralph, so what legal procedures can be taken to correct the name or to say as both these persons are the same or if I approached the Landlord will there be any charges /documention.
