Hello Amit, is your doubt is for preparing a new partnership deed, if so, then, as per Indian Partnership Act, 1932, the Partnership Deed to be executed on Rs. 100 * 5 (Rs 500) irrespective of the all the states in india. And as per option of the partners of the firm the deed to be registered with the Registrar of Firms of the respective states by paying the registration fee as prescribed by the Registrar of Firms.
