Hi Seniors,
My Uncle bail got listed in Allahabad high court for hearing under sections 420, 467, 468, 120B. However after the hearing the Honorable judge asked for counter.
Can you please tell me the procedure of counters as i've heard different versions from different lawyers.
The different version heard are as follows:
1. The Govt lawyer sends a fax to the IO, inviting him to come to high court and give a response
2. The govt lawyer prepares the set of questions, sends it to the IO and then IO replies it back.
Also please let us know if there are some benifits to senior citizen when the bail applicaiton is in listing.
