Hello,
I ceased paying my credit card dues sometime in 2010, when my business was wound up due to constraints.I have not received personally any notices of non payment etc from the Card issuer. It could also be that since the business Unit was closed the notice may have been returned by the postal dept.
I must have cease paying in mid 2010.
Will there be any legal issues that can trouble me in this matter.In any case my financial state do not permit the payment . Will the limitation clause apply in this case?
