As you have received a job from the railways, which is a government job, there will be a thorough background check, as well as police verification. As you were acquitted and not found guilty, the police will verify the same. In 2018, the Supreme Court passed as order to allow police to reveal acquitals and not just those charges as guilty. It gives a full account that you were NOT GUILTY, and thus, there is nothing you should be scared off. 

If there is any issue, applying for enhanced criminal records certificate which will bluntly show your acquital.
