I am urgently in need of any judgement which brings out or where it has been held
that Crime is violation of Right of Rem.
Actually this is mentioned in the A text book on IPC by D Gaur. ( as seen in a reference in some article on the internet). This book is not held with me.
It is required to justify a petition.
