in crpc Intrim I mentioned that I were working in XXX city, didn't mentioned the name of the factory. judge order 10000 pm from date of filling application, mentioning that it is agreed that I were working previously ,but didn't mentioned what I am doing right now.
the fact is that I am still employee of the company, notice period serving.
I don't want to loose my job and want to reduce the maintaince amount. how did I correct this mistake in crpc 125 main answer please suggest
Are you sure, Rs. 10,000/- maintenance. Because 10,000/- should be litigation fee to the petitioner. However, if the order for Rs. 10,000/- from date of filing, you can challenge before the High Court by filing appeal.
