respected Sir,
I have filed divroce case against my wife in October 2018 on the grounds of cruelty and more than 3 yrs separation.....theeafter my wife filed dv and crpc 125 and also filed complaint for 498 for which inquriry is going on.
we both are working in psb bank as officer
me a manager grade and she as astt. manager.
we don't HV any child as child was expired on prematurely .now my question is that whether she is entitled for crpc maintence .as in her application she is claiming all medical and operation fee approx 7 lacs and also demanding monthly maintenance of RS.21000/- from my salary .
however as she is psb bank officer every bank reimburse the medical bill .Sam eway her bank also must HV paid as per my information she had claimed 4 lacs which was approved by insurance.
please guide can she claim maintenance now? if no then please provide me judgements for the same
2.dv case is against me and my parents but we never did any voilence against her and now since last 3.5 yrs we HV no contact in any way.
please share your valuable feedback with judgements.
