Many members have been expressing doubt about enforcement of CRPC amendment 2008. I am attaching gazette notification mentioning the date of enforcement as 31-12-2009. In fact many of the magistrates are also expressing doubts about the coming into force of the amendment. Hope the attached file will remove all doubts.

can anyone pls specify wht r the exact sections which have been amended in crpc. as far as i knw it pertains to rape sections and not all sections like 41 etc have been given force.
