Please could anyone provide some information on CRPC 97. As per my knowledge it's a search warrant for a person in wrongful confinement. But i want to know :
1. Is anyone(person who has wronfuly confined or the person who is being wrongfuly confined) convicted in this code? If yes, does it create a criminal record against the person who is convicted?
