custody of accused?

Dear Shree Sir, i am of the view that in such circumstances the court should consider whether treatment facility can be available in jail for treatment of the accused, if there is no such facility inside the jail he should be ordered to be treated in the hospital under the custody of the court or bail should be granted.

Dear Shree ji, that depends upon intensity of the crime. Judge's decision is final.
