A person has filed FIR against me on 4/11/2008 . FIR NO is 330 dated 4/11/2008. The bail was granted on the same day. The police has confiscated laptops and confiscated hard disks also. I was not allowed to put my wax seal on confiscated items. I belive that the item must be confiscated by officer not below the rank of DSP. NO receipts has been issued for confistcation of laptops and hard disks has been given to me till date by the Police. After How many days the charge sharge sheet can be filed after filing FIR. IS there any limit. It is almost six months.
