there is land between my house and road that connects it.

the land is joint property of three brother. one brother Mr. X has given  some decimal to me as a Donation to connect my house to road,

on stamp paper  on  witness of his daughter and grandson( only daughter child) verified by advocate. this document is nither registerd nor produced for mutation.

 

we are residing there from 20 years and without such part of land house is meaningless.

donor is no more and remaining brothers objecting now. since this propery belongs to ancesters, they dont have solid document and claiming as only male generation is owner.

 

1. is this document is valid ? if not what is process to validate it?

2. can anyone stop us to use this connecting path? ( if they stop, we have to vacate my house).

The gift deed of immovable property should be registered.

If property was ancestral then donor had no power to dispose share of other Co-sharers.
