My baby was born of 24th Jan 2014. I gave my details to hospital authorities while being discharged.
I verified at Municipality after 20 days, it is noticed that date of birth has been wrongly entered as 21st Jan 2014. When I asked to edit it, they told that the mistake is done at hospital side and there is no possibility of chaging the date. I've shown them the doctor delivery certificate, but they are refusing to edit the details. Instead they are suggesting to take birth ceritificate for wrong date for not to involve in any arguments with hospital. Please suggest
