Daughter share in ancestral property

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want guidance on following issue - My Grandfather( Nanaji ) expired in 1994.My grandmother also died in 1990. My grandfather has some self acquired house and some agricultural land. He has three children - 2 male (Mamaji's) and a female (My mother). After his death my two uncle's (Mamaji) and mother got their name registered in form B-1 and P-2 (Khasra - Khatauni) of the agricultural land but the land was not divided yet. The House was used for residential purpose by one of my uncle.

looking at the supreme court recent verdict on women's ancestral right now do my mother have the right to claim and get her part separated from the ancestral property (agricultural land as well as the house).

Please let me know if I have to submit some more details
